How do I start service?
It's as simple as giving us call at 540-994-POO2 (7662) or you can send us an email at nrvk9crew@gmail.com. We will schedule your first clean-up and determine a regular schedule for your yard.
Do I sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts to sign.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are both licensed and insured. Documents available upon request.
When will I be billed?
One-time cleanup payments are due on date of service. Initial cleanup and the first month of recurring service is due at first cleanup. Partial months will be prorated. Invoices for recurring service will be sent out on the 20th or the 1st of every month for next months' service. If payment is not received by the due date, then your service will be suspended and a $20 late fee will be charged.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, VISA, MC, Discover, and PayPal.
Does someone need to be home on service days?
No, as long as we have access to the area for cleaning. Gates and access points must be unlocked and in working order. We can make arrangements to obtain a key or code from you, if needed.
Do you sanitize in between yards?
Yes, we sanitize our equipment and shoes with a commercial-grade disinfectant and virucide. The active ingredients include Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride and Alkyl Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride. This formula kills canine distemper, bordetella, and parvovirus, along with many other bacteria and viruses.
What days do you service yards?
Monday through Friday. Weekends are by appointment only.
What about holidays?
We will schedule service days around holidays.
Inclement weather?
We will work in rain, but no downpours or lightning. If public school is closed for snow, so are we. Every effort will be made to cleanup that same week.
What happens to the waste?
We will bag it and place in your outside trash can. If you prefer that we take the waste with us, we will charge $5.00 per dog per month. It will then be properly disposed of.
